Suicune

For 's Draw me a Pokemon event! _{If I win, I call Breloom.}
This was a rather messy project; the oil wash in the back is a technique that my high school art teacher used, where you just dribble oil paints down the canvas to make pretty backgrounds. Admittedly, the background is old, and I just re-used it. I tried to make it so that there's a silhouette of Suicune above the water (this highly inspired by the first Johto episode), and then you can actually see Suicune in the water, but I messed up on the cutout (I wanted the colored Suicune to be sticking out a bit, so it's like on the surface of the water)... anyway. I think it turned out okay. Used Prismacolors for drawing Suicune and its silhouette.
